1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the products or services, or otherwise herby acknoweledge that you have obtained parental consent.
By using the Services, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.
2. License Grant (EULA)
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to:
Access and use our websites, Download and use our applications, Access digital content and features, Use software embedded in physical products
This license is for personal, non‑commercial use unless otherwise expressly authorized.
3. License Restrictions
You may not, under any circumstances:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works, Circumvent security, DRM, or access controls, Copy or distribute, Use the Products or Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, Interfere with servers, networks, or infrastructure, Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without permission, Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Products or Services.
Any unauthorized use terminates your license immediately.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, All activity under your account, Providing accurate and lawful information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, trademarks, artwork, characters, lore, designs, assets, and materials within the Services are the exclusive property of Project Chaos Global, LLC or its licensors.
This includes but is not limited to:
Characters, artwork, animations, visual identities, storylines, lore, worldbuilding, logos, branding, trade dress, software code, UI/UX, and technical frameworks.
Nothing in this Agreement grants ownership or IP rights to the user.
6. User‑Generated Content
If you submit, upload, or create content through the Products or Services, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to:
Use, Reproduce, Modify, Display, Distribute, and Create derivative works.
This license is solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Products or Services.
You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
If the Product or Service includes paid features:
Prices may change at any time, Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, Refunds are provided only where required by law or platform policy.
You acknowledge that Third‑party payment processors handle transactions and agree to comply with all applicable billing terms.
8. Third‑Party Services
The Products and Services may integrate with third‑party tools, platforms, or APIs. We are not responsible for:
Their content, Their policies, Their security, or Their availability.
Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk.
9. Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising Identifiers
Where applicable, the Products or Services may use:
Cookies, Analytics tools, SDKs, Device identifiers, IDFA/ATT (with required opt‑in) and Server logs.
Tracking is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior, Upload malicious code, Attempt unauthorized access, Use the Products or Services for illegal activities, Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or Misrepresent your identity.
Violation may result in account termination or legal action.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:
Violations of this Agreement, Legal or regulatory requirements, Security concerns, or Discontinuation of the Product or Service.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.
12. Disclaimers
The Products and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including:
Merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, Non‑infringement, Availability or uptime, Accuracy, or Reliability.
Use of the Products and Services is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Project Chaos Global, LLC, including its subsidiaries, owners, managers, employees, contractors, producers, publishers, and affiliates, shall not be liable for:
Damages, Losses, Liabilities, Claims, Costs, Lost profits, Data loss, Business interruption, or Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Product Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims arising from:
Your use of the Products and Services, Your violation of this Agreement, Your violation of any law or third‑party rights, and Your content or conduct.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of the foundation of Project Chaos Global, LLC or it's subsidiary in question, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation, except where prohibited by law.
You waive:
Class actions, Jury trials, and Consolidated claims.
16. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the Products and Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
